Any state certified or licensed Appraiser, REALTOR® or Inspector who wishes to join our network of Affiliates is asked to apply online by clicking the Log In button below to register.

Licensed Appraisers, REALTORS® and Inspectors are asked to provide a completed W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification form, proof of E&O insurance coverage and proof of qualification in the form of a license or certification.

Non-licensed Inspectors are asked to provide a resume as proof of qualification and a completed W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification form.

All applications are subject to approval by ELLIOTT®. Payment for services rendered cannot be made without receipt of all required documents which can be submitted via the upload feature during registration.
