Martitia Mortimer has an extensive background in the appraisal
and evaluation of residential real estate. She is in charge of
the company’s Quality Control department and supervises product
review. She further serves as the company’s chief residential
appraiser and is in charge of the firm’s 2,000 appraisers. Ms.
Mortimer has a BS degree from King College, is a state certified
residential real estate appraiser and holds the SRA designation
from the Appraisal Institute. She has a background in insurance
and real estate sales and holds state licenses in these fields.
Ms. Mortimer also serves as Executive Vice President of the
company, serves on its board of directors and is a shareholder.
She has been employed by the organization for 25 years.

Charlie Elliott has 35 years
experience in the real estate industry. He has spent his entire
professional career as an appraiser, evaluator, and consultant in
the fields of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Elliott
has a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wake
Forest University, is a state certified general real estate
appraiser, a state licensed real estate broker and holds the MAI
and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He is the
founder of the firm, serves as CEO, serves on its board of
directors and is a shareholder. In addition to his management role
as CEO, he also acts as a consultant in providing service to
clients on complex assignments. |

Mike Miller, has a variety of experience as
a consultant and appraiser in real estate and is very strong in
the commercial sector of the business. As a staff appraiser of
Elliott & Company Appraisers, he often travels domestically and
internationally in the service of his clients. He also has a
strong background in real estate tax consulting. Mr. Miller is a
State Certified General Appraiser and a licensed real estate
broker. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from the

Robert Wintz has over 20 years experience
in the appraisal of commercial real estate. During this time he
has appraised properties in 46 states and Canada. He has appraised
nearly all types of properties, but has had an emphasis recently
with multi-locational properties such as fast restaurants and
gasoline related properties. Mr. Wintz has a Bachelor of Science
degree in business administration (BSBA) from Creighton University
and a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Nebraska. Mr.

Pichitra "Betty" Mahaphon has an
extensive background in international real estate, having held a
variety of managerial positions with some of the largest and
most-respected companies in the world, including Laventhol &
Horvath, Bank of America, Cushman & Wakefield and Arthur
Andersen. She has held positions of Senior Appraisal Officer,
Vice President, Regional Director and Executive Director and has
focused on hotels, restaurants and other properties.. She holds
a BA degree from the University of Oregon, the MAI appraisal
designation from the Appraisal Institute and the RISC
designation from The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Larry Bedford has an extensive background of
almost 40 years in appraisal and evaluation of real estate in both
Canada and the United States. Not only is he an accredited member
of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, an organization in which he
has held a variety of leadership positions, but he also holds the
distinguished MAI designation for his work the United States.
Larry has a wealth of knowledge and experience of real estate
matters throughout Ontario, having appeared before the Ontario
Municipal Board and represented companies, such as Bank of
America, Bank of Montreal, Rubbermaid Canada, Sunoco, Sears Canada
and Kodak. Larry’s ability as a commercial appraiser is also
enhanced by a background as a field engineer in construction. |
