Charlie Elliott founded ELLIOTT® & Company Appraisers in
1980 and has been its chief executive officer since that time. He is a
stockholder of the firm and serves as chairman of its board of directors. He has
presided over the growth of the firm and has guided it into an organization that
routinely services all 50 states of the United States, has international
clientele and performs services internationally. Mr. Elliott has a Master’s
degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Wake Forest University. He is a
state certified general real estate appraiser with the MAI and SRA designations
from the Appraisal Institute and the ASA designation from the American Society
of Appraisers. In addition to his management role, Mr. Elliott also acts as a
consultant in providing service to clients on complex assignments and serves as
an expert witness in real estate valuation in court litigation. |

Martitia M. Mortimer

Martitia Mortimer is a shareholder of ELLIOTT® & Company
Appraisers and serves on its board of directors. She has been associated with
the organization since 1986 and a partner since 1988. She is in charge of the
company’s Quality Control department and supervises product review. She further
serves as the company’s chief residential appraiser and is in charge of the
firm’s 2,000 appraisers. Ms. Mortimer has a B.S. degree from King College. She
is a state certified residential real estate appraiser, and holds the SRA
designation from the Appraisal Institute. Ms. Mortimer has a background in
insurance and real estate sales and also holds state licenses in these fields. |

Carlyle Holt

Carlyle Holt serves as Vice President and General Manager of
the firm, which has approximately 2,000 clients. Mr. Holt is a state licensed
mortgage broker, a state licensed real estate broker, and a graduate of North
Carolina State University with a B.S. degree in Economics. In addition to
having been employed by the firm since 2006, he has an extensive background in
mortgage loans, property and casualty insurance, and commercial and
residential construction restoration. Mr. Holt’s experiences qualify him to deal
with many of the needs of our clients, relating to mortgage loan underwriting,
insurance replacement cost and new construction appraisals. |

George Williams serves as Client Services Director of
ELLIOTT® & Company Appraisers. Mr. Williams holds a degree in Industrial
Relations from the University of North Carolina. He has been a real estate
appraiser since 1987 and became a certified appraiser once North Carolina began
its state certification program. He joined Elliott in 2010 as the Quality
Control Specialist. Before beginning his career as an appraiser, Mr. Williams
spent 10 years as a tax analyst with the Guilford County (North Carolina) Tax
Department. |

Crystal Brown serves as Assistant Client Services Director
for ELLIOTT® & Company Appraisers. She has been employed by the firm since 2004
and is responsible for the placement and assignment of client orders. Her skills
include those of helping clients better define their specific needs as they
pertain to the many products and solutions offered by the firm. Ms. Brown has
developed strong relationships with our clients. She understands the business of
each client, given their past history, and she is an expert at determining the
products that best address and serves their needs. She and her staff further
focus on the clients’ many service related needs by being attentive to timelines
and their need for a high quality product. |
